First day back uggghhh. I knew my legs were going to feel like absolute crap, I could feel it the entire week. Why is it that whenever I take days off, I always feel worse running again? Would have just gone off and done a few easy miles on my own, but Dave I guess wanted me to run with the team so all of the intervals were right around easy run pace or slower. Legs physically could not go any faster. Hopefully feel better in a few days.
