Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Still very sore. Pretty crappy run overall. Left Knee started to hurt a little bit in a different area. Saw no point in going any farther because it felt so bad. Don't know what else, to do. I stretched, took an ice bath, used the roller. Will probably ice later. Continue running easy for a few days. I don't see why I should jump right back into speed work, but I probably will have to anyways before I even have a chance to build my mileage back up. Great.
