Legs felt heavy during warm up, and I was starting to think this would not go well! But, it ended up going better than expected. Considering it was right after work, and a lot of it was into a head wind or up a hill. I would still like to average under 6 for the tempo portion, but I am leaps and bounds ahead of my Detroit fitness last fall.
