Comments:
With some of the speedy boys. We improvised a run through spring Valley, Kent, and Pallisades to the Crescent trail and past the Jungle ramp to Brookmont and Sangamore, thru to Little falls and Westmoreland Hills... back to school for 6 striders. Felt good and the group moved well at 7:00ish pace.
