Great long run

Comments:
Ran with Brent. We started out pretty quick and then really dropped it down the second half. We were going sub 6 minute pace for parts on the way back, but if felt like 6:45. I thought the Garmin was wrong, until I timed a mile myself and saw it was right on. We probably averaged around 6 minute miles on the way back with one around 5:30. I should run with Brent more often! thinking about doing some track work tomorrow. I'll see how I feel.
