5k 15:48, splits (that I remember) - 3:05, 4:51, 6:08, 9:18, 15:48.

CD w/ Robert 2miles through the cemetery, stretch, abs, pushups.

was hoping to PR by more than 1second. but this was a stronger race than 15:49 @ All-Ohio; there I was being pulled along by everyone nearby, this 15:48 was mainly alone.
