Paced people in the time trial today. Ran a 600 at about 70 pacewith the milers then a quarter 63ish with Vaughn in the 800. The 600 in honestly felt like walking. Really there was like nothing when I was done. I talked the whole time in both and felt real good about the whole thing. 4x100 after just stepping um down. Was able to sprint real good on the last one which was nice. Faster than pace on all those too.
Splits: 600: 1:44, 400: 62.6, 100's 14.2, 13.7, 12.4, 11.7
