Well, as I sat on the bus I heard people say they don't get their PR's here... The lady I sat next to said it is a really hard course... Of coarse it's the one I pick as my first... I had to adjust my goals as I ran up the mountain and down the other side. As my feet were numb the first 3. Upper abs hurt, thought my right knee was going to buckle on the downhills. And hamstrings were tight... But Wonderful VIEW. GOD is AWESOME!!
