Comments:
Got out about 7:30am, I was still tried and somewhat tight from last night's 3 miler with sprints in it.
Anyway got out the first mile at 7:52,then dropped each mile. 7:19, 7:05,6:44,6:11,6:01. Once started rolling kept it going well!!!
