Weather: partly sunny, 50ish
Comments:
Solo workout at Sheldon. Another round of 200s to work the stride again.
Didn't go all that great. While I didn't go all out, I was running HARD, and for the LIFE of me, I could not break 32. Each and every one was 32 and change, no matter what. Had a light tailwind, to boot.
About midway, I began to experience irregular heartbeat -- another "annoyance". And not sustained tachy -- just "weirdness"; hopping around. Dunno if it was because I was trying to keep breathing normal, or what. Somewhat disconcerting. For that reason I did "only" x10.
Did not write them down, but EVERY ONE was 32.
Did 1.5mi cooldown around the school, then bailed for home to get ready to go to Corvallis.
