York/Penn State Loop + Mile on Track
Felt weird. Didn't necessarily feel good but didn't really feel bad. Back was off still but going to chiropractor later in the day. Tried moving a bit and did, went 6:20s which was pretty good but still meh, could have just felt better. Hamstrings still felt weird but not bad anymore.
