RECOVERY RUN

Was going to go out for an easy 6-8 miles but the second I started my right hamstring felt "heavy". I've had things feel heavy before due to lactic acid build up but this was different, this was from overextending the other day and everything being extra tight. My left leg had full range of motion but I just couldn't really lift my right leg or drive my knee at all. Wound up just turning around and calling it a day.
