repeat 400s with the new spikes

Weather: warm/ felt really hot and sunny for coming out of winter

Comments:
we did a warmup and then stretched and did speed d. then we went on the track (which was half covered in snow). i then did my 400s. my left hip was bothering me, as it usually does when i race/have spikes on. the spikes didnt feel great, cause they pushed on my foot a lot. i thinkk im gonna wear my other spikes at nationals. i got really sore at the end, but other than that i was happy with today. after practice i did 8 min abs and austin took me home.
