Comments:
Day almost got up to 50. Need to get more sleep. Sore from working out yesterday. Lifted heavy upper body for the first time in quite some time. Felt really smooth this run. Started out with an easy 6:50 min mile. Work on speed and quickness!!! Also KEEP MOTIVATED and KEEP getting in those miles!!
