Comments:
Today I tried alternates and had a hard time: 2 miles, then 5:28, 6:34, 6:01, 5:37, 2 miles. The terrain is very uneven and it is historically hard to run fast there, but hopefully trying to turn it over on this kind of surface will better prepare me for cross.
