2 x 5 x 300 with 90 sec recovery decreasing by 10 seconds per interval, 400 jog between sets, reset recovery each set
First 5 to be @ 49-51, Second 5 to be @ 46-49
3.5 mile cool down

Can't believe I was able to hit those paces. Thought I would be nowhere close to that. Given the recovery wasn't huge, but it was by no means short either. Really moving and really surprised I was already able to go that fast again. This made me feel like I'm back into form a bit and ready to start hammering out some good workouts.
