jeez, you can lose form in swimming quickly!
This was depressing.
My lungs were never the problem, it was a lot of work for the arms and chest to maintain the pace I remembered... kept it short so i could still have some arm strength for some hill climbs this afternoon.. its a warm-up after all :)
