Comments:
I tried to move a little faster today because I am supposed to "challenge" my knee every once in a while. By faster, I mean ~7:30 pace (yeah I know it's still pathetic). Between my cold, being in terrible shape, and the odd rhythmic issues to my breathing, this was much more difficult than I'd like. My knee started to tighten toward the end, so I knealt in a snowbank afterward. Going into this, I was starting to get excited about running again, but I think this was a clear reminder of exactly how far I still have to go yet.
