Comments:
not sure on the time, but almost positive it was around 9.5. 8x800 in 2:18, 2:23, 2:22, 2:22, 2:22, 2:23, 2:23, 2:18.99. left my lighter weight trainers at home and I can't remember the last time I ran a workout in my heavier ones. Felt sluggish, and midway splits were all over the place despite a pretty consistent workout. a long workout.
