lots of striders, prob around 300m worth,
2x200m @ 33,35, 10x400 w/ 30 sec recovery @ 87s. (Supposed to be 12x400 w/ 20 sec recovery @ 85s, 82s, 80s, but I couldn't hit even one 85, so I just held onto 87s), then 2x200 @ 36,33
