WU 1 mile to NRV

1 mile tempo @ 5:25 on the Michigan loop

3*(4*400) @ :80, :77, :75, but Barnes threw in 2 barriers, so I slowed my target paces down to :82, :80, :78. My 400s were all over the place from :78-:82 in no particular order, although I did get quicker on the average as the workout progressed, with the first 11 within that range and last one at :69. thus, averaging :80, or what I list as 16:00 below.

CD 1 mile back to Veale, stretch, abs.

legs are shot. but just in a fatigued/barrier way, not injury way. thus, short cooldown.
