Solid Workout, I'm getting fit....now just have to stay healthy and continue improving towards the goal

200's - Ran consistent, on avg 31's
4 mile Tempo - Not great but felt efficient, very effective in helping me run while sore and tired! A little up and down between miles, first 2 were fine, fell off on 3, and finished hard on 4

No injury pain, god-willing it will stay that way...
