Pretty tired today. Wasn't sure what I was gonna do, but I felt too tired for a workout so I just rolled easy. Good thing, because it was VERY WINDY.
Did just x2 loops in the woods, then the usual. REALLY worked on efficiency with the stride (lordosis, pulling, engagement) and tried to keep it easy. It felt pretty good, actually!
Started to drizzle just a tiny bit at the end...
