Comments:
decided to do workout on the track just in case I started feeling bad. I didn't feel great and I was having a hard time pushing myself on the pickups without a specific time/distance goal so I switched to 200s and 400s. still didn't feel great. I'm starting antibiotics for a kidney something-or-other today so hopefully those will help.
