Weather: Outdoor track Beautiful
Comments:
Lane 8's and some fast 200's today. First workout on the outdoor track in a long time which was sweet. Its definitly a lot different than indoor the straights and turns are so long. 2 fast 200's then 3 miles of lane 8's than a couple more fast 2's. Felt pretty good. Was faster than I expected on the 200's and was able to move on the tempo sections which was good. I should really not push the pace so much on the tempos and cut the rest down. I'll talk to Sly about that next time we do them.

Rest was min between the 200's and 45-1min between 400's but rest was too much though. Probably 10min switching from 200's to lane 8's and vice versa.
