heh heh... I guess I'll take what I can get.
I've been thinking for almost a month now.. what time would I get if I hadn't run 10 miles before the time trial.
I went out relatively fresh.. ran a slow 3 for a warm-up and went at it... surprising results. I felt indestructible at the end of the first lap, like the best ever, then again.. "no one wins the mile on the first lap". I don't know whether to be impressed at my past self or disappointed with my present self. I guess bike intervals, while great for the heart, don't directly translate to a speeder run.. gotta get back to the Track!

I died at the end.. I didn't even have it in me for any sprint.. the last lap was pretty much the same pace throughout..
