Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
12 minute warm up (1.5 miles), 2x10 min and 1x7 min (4.8 mi.) and then 19:30 cooldown (2.7 miles). 2 times around a 4.5 mile loop. felt pretty awful on the last one that's why I cut it short. oh well. it was rainy, cold and windy out so i'm not too worried.
