Comments:
Been listening to the new Four Year Strong CD, pretty solid. Feel like the song "Find my way back" describes where I'm at right now with my running.
4 x mile with Cromer and Ontko, first solid workout in a while. Long recovery, 4 minutes. 1st two were with the wind, hence they were faster than the 2nd two.
4:56. 4:56. 5:16. 5:20.
Felt good, kind of surprised myself. I've definitely made progress since last week, which is good.
Hit 35 miles for the week. Done.
Allegheny in 2 months...I'm not going to count out the possibility of sub 15 just yet.
