Comments:
Ran with Vince, originally planning to do 8x1000 w/ 60 second rest @ 3:20 cutting down pace per interval

Wound up deciding halfway through to do 10x1000s instead and cut down pace quicker than planned.

Light rain and wind during workout, alternated lead during intervals.

Felt really easy, wasn't tired at all during the workout. Legs got a little heavy but nothing was at all anaerobic. Could have gone a lot faster and probably still used less recovery but would have defeated the purpose of the workout.
