warm-up 2 miles to outdoor track; drills, 4x50m strides w/ 50m btwn; 2x (1000m, 800m, 600m) w/ 6min, 5min, 12min recovery (2.5 miles during total rest); 11 minutes barefoot running on football field; 1 mile cool-down to veale
Something is off this week. I thought maybe I was off Wednesday because I was getting over being sick, but I'm completely better now and I still just feel slow and heavy and exhausted.
