Ugh felt like crap. My ankle was sore when I woke up (yeah the same one I rolled the other day) and is still sore right now. The run was slow but I couldnt relax and find my rythm. Hopefully I worked out all the soreness and fatigue and my 10 miler this afternoon will be better.
