Weather: Rain and moderate temperature!
Comments:
Warm up to au, 3 laps around the track, 8 400s, back to school for.
Today felt somewhat of an accomplishment. The first 400 went good, couldve done more, (thank you eva for pacing this one!) , 2nd sped up a little ad maintained for 3rd. 4th started getting a bit heavy into the 5th and 6th but tried to maintain consistency (didn't really work for the 6th). After the cool down, went back into it in the 7th fresher, and went hard on the 8th. Overall a good day, ran under set pace every 400 but still trying to go through what I could've done better/changed but I'm pretty content with this (considering the overall soreness and tiredness a good sign!)
