Mile Repeats

Comments:
Mile repeats on Chagrin Falls' Track (the closest nice track for me to run on)..being by myself made them tough. They were 5:10, then 5:14 x 3 but the wind was blowing pretty hard on the whole backstretch. I don't know how much it affected my time. Then I did a 2:30 800 instead of a 5th mile because I was really feeling it by that point. Overall tough but good. They should have been faster though.
