Weather: lovely
Comments:
2.5 months with no running. Then the hour run..now 3 weeks without running with a shorter time, yet more pain.
Meg and I aimed for a half hour route but I guess we were going faster than I thought because it took 25 minutes. You'd think I would have learned my lesson about avoiding running then running as if you're in shape.
My body hates me right now.
