Little faster than I wanted to go but I felt good and was just running relaxed which was good.
Did 4 striders. Only problem is 3rd I went a little too fast and overstepped causing me to overextend and strain my hamstring. Didn't realize until I started my fourth and had stop halfway through because my hamstring was so tight.
