Feeling super lazy!
So i got on the tredmil and ran for 20min. i was too scared to run outside because i wasnt sure how well i was going to feel, i might have died. haha

Then i did some really good abbs
and rode the bike for 10min
at a really hard level.

now i am exausted!
Haha.

It was so nice outside!
Im very ready for the nice weather!

I hope track is going well!!
