Step down workout

Comments:
Workout today was 2 sets of 1000, 800, 600 with 6 and 5 min rest between and full recovery between sets. 70, 67, 65 pace for the intervals. Felt good overall but nothing spectacular. Another eah workout which bothers me cuz I should be jacked about the last 2 repeats. Anyways first set was right on pace and then for the second coach Sly said to run the 1000 controled and than ratchet down the last two intervals. Moved the pace down a lot the last 2. Eased up big time at the line in the 800 and was still 2:06. Felt bad after this but still was 1:29 for the last 6 which should get me jacked. I'm just in the same mental funk as I was before confrence. Hopefully I'll do good at Wake and I can break out of this for outdoor.
Splits: 2:56, 2:15, 1:35, 2:51, 2:06, 1:29
Streaches, abs and pushups afterward. Lifted twice today too. The first was just upper body and the second was Jerks and cleans with Brett.
