this is FREAKISH consistency (especially for me)
3 sets of 5 400m sprints, starting at 80sec and attempting to drop 3 seconds per set. At the end I was just trying to finish as hard as I could.
2 mile warm-up, 1 mile cool-down
1st SET @ 80sec: (80, 79, 80, 80, 80)
2nd SET @77sec: (77, 78, 78, 78, 79)
3rd SET @75sec: (76, 78, 78, 78, 75)
