Comments:
Woke up a bit early, relatively. Got about 5 hrs sleep; not all that quality, but as expected for a hard day.

Did some stuff around the house, circuits, then got out at 10ish. NICE DAY. Cool, but sunny. Legs felt pretty OK: not too trashed. Posterior muscles were sore and tired, that's for sure. Still worked on the gait cues, especially up the hills.

Ran up to PRE's rock for the first time in forever. Felt OK on that hill. Split a 6:40 on the way home; not bad for "slow".

GOOD WEEK. Gotta string together a few more of these...
