Comments:
Now the RIGHT knee starts to bother me. Still very sore, arms tired, etc. Timed an "all out" mile which I just strolled through at 6 minute pace. Ran a race yesterday so no point in pushing it today, but we did a circuit workout in the gym with 3 stations 1)elipticals/bike/treadmill 2) fartlek in the wrestling room and ) the weight room. Tired after two hard days, but we will probably workout AGAIN tomorrow.
