Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was late because I was in the trainer getting my calf iced, stretched, and massaged. Loosened up during the warmup and was alright to run. Did a few striders and stretched. The first 800 was fine, calf was a little tender and stiff. About 250-300 m into the 2nd one I realized i was favoring my left leg so I stopped. Went inside and did some exercises in the trainer's.
