WU 2 miles to MLK, drills
3*2miles w/ 2:00rest, first 2 w/ Cromedaddy and all 3 with Big O, 5:25s for the first 2 intervals and 5:35-5:40 for the last. hit 10:52, 10:54, 11:20. Robert and I were both sick. Even though my times aren't that bad, it felt a lot harder than it should. especially when I'm running 5:18s to break 33:00 10k this weekend. Plus, I loathe getting dropped which happened on the 2 latter intervals.
