3*2 mi tempo w/2 min recovery, first two @ 5:25 pace, last one @5:35-5:40 pace, with Cromer and Dave for the first one, Cromer took off on the second and Dave was right behind me, Dave and I were the only ones who had to do a third interval and we just stuck together, workout went well considering Dave and I were sick, splits: 10:52, 10:54, 11:19
