was just planning to run to the track to talk to coach and then add a couple more. when i got there she asked me to pace alyssa on the last lap and a half of her 1000, and also the 800 she ran after that. pace was supposed to be 90. i was about to head out after that when coach asked me if i wanted to do some 200s with colin and i figured why not. right behind chris and phil, been quite awhile since i've run that fast, could feel it afterward. back to veale. good day, shooting for 25 this week.
