don't really know why i did 6, just kinda kept on running. Legs are feeling pretty tired, but I want to get something up tempo of some kind in before my 5k so i'll do 4-6 of the pickups this afternoon and keep it to around 5 or 6 miles. wednesday and thursday will both be easy days. I feel like i'm on a 10 day hard, 2-3 day easy schedule right now, which probably isn't the worst. 10 days of lots of mileage and workouts is about my limit before I feel like I start to break down so it's probably good. I'll keep this up for another cycle or two before I bring the mileage down.
