Weather: strangely warm
Comments:
stretched a ton today (coach is weird like that) down at the track and distance guys did a few loops of cass as well as ran down and back, and me and danny ran to the woods and back afterwards just to get some extra running in. probs was goin a bit slow but it was a good 7.5 or 8 miles in there, so im pumped. near the groin ish kinda hurt today tho, i think it was from the dumb lunges. not rly sure.
