Comments:
4x2min. on, 1:30 off. each tenth is marked off on the loop i was doing these on and I was coming through 0.4 miles with about 10-12 seconds to spare which indicates I was somewhere in the vicinity of 4:30-4:40 pace for the "on" sections. felt pretty good, but as my achilles have been bothering me and I was so tired this morning I figured it'd be best to keep to a workout where I just felt good.
