Felt like shit from the start, just was dead tired and couldn't wake up. Between how tired I was and the wind, after 100m in of the first interval I already felt like it was going to be a long workout
Wound up going 4:58, 5:08, 5:10.
Actually surprised I held on that well. Hamstrings were just absolutely shot, could not get them to turn over at all.
Normally I feel good on cool downs (even when I have off days) but today I felt exhausted and every step hurt and was a task. At least reinforced to me that it was simply an off day with my body since even the normal things that felt good felt like total trash.
