I started out a little sluggish but finished strong. It was m7uch like yesterday except a lot more muggy however it was another very efficient
day. Also today is only Thursday and I have already met my goal for the week for workouts and distance covered this week. One other positive thing to add for the week. My distance is virtually the same as all week last week but my time has been significantly reduced.
