AM Run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cool, humid

Comments:
Good run..went out quick -16:15 at 2m, and 25:30 at turnaround. Had quick stretch on return, thighs tired. Need to start lunges/squats to build more strength. Ran faster than Tuesdays "speed" run. Not sure of weekend - doing Old Rag Mtn on Saturday...will see what happens. Need to go over 14m to keep up effort
